Lotfi EL-Ghandouri is Canadian with a Moroccan—Tunisian background. He grew up in Quebec City and lives between Montreal and Madrid. He defines himself as a twenty-first-century nomad. Lotfi founded CREATIVE SOCIETY GROUP in 2003, a global firm specialized in co-designing impact ecosystems in civil society and organizations with 4 anchor points around the world.
The firm has collaborated with more than 250 organizations in more than 40 countries. He co-designed the IMPACT HUB NETWORK, an entrepreneurship ecosystem for social impact present in 104 cities with a community of more than 15.000 entrepreneurs. He co-designed the Creativity to Commerce Experience (C2MTL.com) that won the World most creative event in 2014. Under C2, Lotfi had the opportunity to lead creative reflections with incredible individuals such as Andre Agassi, James Cameron, Chelsea Clinton and Martha Stewart.
Within the CREATIVE SOCIETY ecosystem, he launched 18 start-ups, 6 NGOs and one civic movement and one global youth movement. He has published 6 books making an emphasis on Will You Dare? How to have the audacity to journey into uncertainty translated into many languages. His journey brought him to share his thoughts in many notorious events and organizations. He is renown for his ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible and humorous way. He has had the chance to connect with more than 55,000 people! within 430 spares in more than 30 countries.
