Lotfi EL-Ghandouri, a world citizen and eternal nomad, born in Tunisia, raised in Quebec and based in Madrid. Entrepreneur, consultant, author and international speaker.
After years of experience working with top North American consultancies on projects related to human development, Lotfi decided to establish Creative Society Group, a consultancy operating internationally, aimed at impelling/driving organizations with soul through new ways of dialogue and collaboration.
His interest in sustainable development drove him to become the co-founder of the first social innovation center in Spain: Hub Madrid and contribute to the development of Hub’s Global Network. At the moment he is involved in the creation of Hub Montreal, Hub Gaza and Hub Tunis. The Hub network is present in more than 30 cities around the world and has received more than 2000 petitions. In the last 2 years Lotfi co-founded 3 social enterprises and one foundation.
He is the author of the spanish best seller El Despido Interior, del happy hour al happy life (2007) on engagement and the book “Te atreves?” (2009) a fable on audacity.
With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA in International Commerce, Lotfi has been a speaker at such prestigious forums as: The World Economic Forum (Vienna), The 10th HR World Congress (Rio de Janeiro), The ASTD International Training and Development Congress (Washington), The ExpoManagement and The APPDATE (Madrid).
He collaborates as a speaker with different universities and business schools on both sides of the Atlantic. His themes of interest and investigation are adversity, creativity, diversity, design thinking, engagement, inner strength, innovation, risk, uncertainty and trust. Lotfi is also well known for his ability as a facilitator on topics such as dialogs, reflection and co-creation.
He has cooperated with more than a 100 organizations from different industries such as the arts, entertainment and technology. In the last 4 years, he connected with over 53.000 people within more than 110 co-creative spaces in 28 countries.
